Pedro Soto de la Colina (1934 - 2004), popularly known as Caitro Soto, was an outstanding Afro-Peruvian musician, compiler, singer-songwriter, and composer. His work has been performed throughout the world by international singers. Soto was known for his incredible percussive ability on the cajón.
