Rafael Santa Cruz (1960 – 2014) was a renowned Afro-Peruvian musician, author, actor, researcher, and promoter of Afro-Peruvian culture in Peru and the world. He was the son of the famous bullfighter Rafael Santa Cruz and nephew of Afro-Peruvian folklore revivalists Nicomedes and Victoria Santa Cruz.
